Official Opening –  Bloomfield Street Park

12 noon Wednesday 12 August 2015The newly refurbished Bloomfield Street Park, in the heart of Cleveland features a colourful new play sculpture, inviting open grass spaces, new seating, lighting, and a new stage and performance area for community events.

The Park will be officially re-opened by Redland City Mayor Karen Williams and a State Government representative at 12 noon on Wednesday 12 August 2015.

As part of official opening and Crazy Day Market activities the new Bloomfield Park stage will host the following entertainment.

8:30 – Body Balance Class conducted by Matt and Kacie from Healthworks

9:30 – Born 2 Move Kindy Class for kids 4-5 year olds conducted by Matt and Kacie from Healthworks

10:15 – Fashion Parades presented by Cleveland Fashion boutiques Jolie and Neon Laundry 

11:00 – Rock n’ Roll Band “Able 2 Rock” 11:40 – Prize Draw

12:00 – Official Opening of new refurbished Bloomfield Park by Mayor Karen Williams

12:20 - “Able 2 Rock” Band

1:00 – Fashion parade by Stocklands boutiques

1:30 - “Able 2 Rock” Band concluding the entertainment for the day

Come along for a morning stretch or fun movement class for the ‘littlies, live music and dance with rockabilly dancers from “Just Rock” Rock n’ Roll Club as part of the colour and excitement in the park.
